This is a beautiful vintage dark green and navy plaid wool skirt from O'Neil of Dublin. This classic tartan kilt is a wrap skirt that secures at the sides with leather straps and silver buckles. The front wrap has fringe along the trim, and the skirt is pleated in the back. It has a large silver safety pin on the skirt.

It was made in Ireland and is in excellent condition. It is marked as a size 14, but fits like a US size 8.
